LEGAL INFORMATION
Disclaimer
Last updated: 1 November 2026.
This disclaimer explains the limitations of Worre's website and desktop preview. Worre is developed and operated by Binair CommV, Belgium, enterprise number 1001.167.385. For questions, contact info@binair.io.
Preview software
Worre is currently a free preview. Features, compatibility and availability may change, and the software may contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and preview are provided as available, without a guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance or suitable for a particular purpose.
No uptime commitment, response time or ongoing support commitment is included with the free preview unless separately agreed in writing. Optional contributions through Ko-fi support development; they do not purchase a support agreement or a promise to deliver particular features. Any separately agreed service terms take precedence for the services they cover.
Deployment information and actions
Worre displays information obtained from Azure DevOps. Refresh intervals, cached information, permissions, network failures and third-party service delays can affect its accuracy and completeness. Notifications may be delayed or missed. Verify important build, deployment and approval details in Azure DevOps before relying on them for a release decision.
Worre can perform actions, not just display information. Approving a waiting run can start a deployment. The approval workflow can also cancel older waiting runs on the same branch and approval gate. Review the selected run, target environment and cancellation preview before confirming an action. These operations can affect production systems and may not be reversible.
Use Worre only with authorization from the organization that owns the connected Azure DevOps project. You remain responsible for your access permissions, approval decisions, backups, recovery procedures and compliance with your organization's release policies. Worre does not replace independent checks or your incident and recovery processes.
You and your organization are responsible for deciding which run to approve, which environment to deploy to and which runs to cancel. Before confirming, verify the run, branch, environment, changes and affected cancellations. Keep appropriate approval controls, testing and rollback procedures in Azure DevOps. Using Worre does not transfer responsibility for your release decisions or production operations to Binair.
Downloads and updates
Obtain Worre through the download links on worre.dev or its built-in updater. Official packages may be served from Microsoft Azure domains linked by this website. Digital signatures and update verification help confirm the publisher and package integrity; they do not guarantee that software is free from defects or that Windows will never display a reputation warning.
Third-party services and names
Worre depends on services including Microsoft Entra ID and Azure DevOps. Their availability, APIs, permissions and terms are controlled by their respective providers. External links, including Ko-fi, lead to services with their own terms and privacy policies.
Worre is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Microsoft or CatLight. Microsoft, Azure, Azure DevOps, Windows, CatLight and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. References are used to identify integrations or explain product differences.
Liability and your legal rights
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Binair is not liable for losses caused by your or your organization's incorrect selections, approvals, cancellations, unauthorized use, misconfiguration, failure to verify release details, or failure to follow your own testing, backup and recovery procedures. This includes resulting failed deployments, production outages and loss of data. This exclusion applies only to the extent the loss is attributable to those acts or omissions; it does not excuse Binair from liability that applicable law places on Binair and does not permit it to exclude.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Binair excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or free preview, including loss of profit, business interruption or loss of data. This statement does not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits such an exclusion. This disclaimer does not restrict your right to seek a remedy under applicable law.
Privacy and changes
Read the privacy notice for information about local application data, authentication and server-side download logs. This disclaimer does not replace that notice or any separate software license or written agreement.
We may revise this page as Worre evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights or remedies you already have under applicable law.
