WORRE · GETTING STARTED
Try one project.
Then share the useful view.
I built Worre to see which build was deployed in each environment without opening every pipeline. The useful test is whether it makes your own project easier to follow.
1. Start small
Download Worre on Windows 10/11 x64. Choose Try sample data for an offline look, or sign in with your Microsoft Entra work account and select one Azure DevOps Services project.
Choose one or two pipelines and the Environments they deploy to. Worre uses YAML deployment jobs targeting Azure DevOps Environments. Classic release pipelines and Azure DevOps Server are not supported. Your organisation may require administrator consent.
2. Check a deployment you know
Compare a build in Worre with its deployment record in Azure DevOps. If a newer run is waiting for approval, check that you can still identify the build already deployed.
Keep the view open during a deployment you already planned. Does it save you opening pipeline tabs? Is a state unclear? Worre reads deployment records; changes made outside those pipelines can make the running system differ.
3. Share the layout if it helps
Open Workspace → Personalize → Export workspace…. The default file name is worre-workspace.json.
Review the file before sharing it inside your team. It includes organisation and project details, pipeline and environment names and IDs, layout and preferences. Microsoft credentials are not exported.
Your teammate installs Worre and opens Workspace → Personalize → Import workspace…. Import returns to the first setup step. They sign in with their own account, find the project and sync the environments and pipelines before saving. The file does not grant access.
4. Compare notes
Check that you both recognise the same deployment in Azure DevOps. Choose your own notification settings. Keep the shared view if it helps with ordinary work.
If something is confusing, tell me what you expected and what happened. A concrete example helps; there is no need to send credentials, source code or an unredacted screenshot.
